Most footprint keepsakes you'll find online start with a stock design — a generic little foot that could belong to any baby. It's cute, but it isn't theirs. When I started making keepsakes, that was the thing I wanted to fix. So I created a style I call Trueprint, and it's become the heart of what I do.
Here's what makes it different.
It starts with the real print. When you order a Trueprint keepsake, you send me the actual print — your baby's inked footprints from the hospital, your dog's paw pressed onto paper, your child's hand traced on a page. I take that real print and stitch its true shape. What you get back isn't a symbol standing in for their foot. It's the genuine outline of that foot, that paw, that hand.
It's stitched true to size. This is the part that catches people off guard, usually a few years later. I stitch the print at the size it actually was. When your baby is suddenly wearing shoes and running down the hallway, that little hoop on the wall still holds exactly how small they were on day one. Size is the thing that captures a moment in time, and it's the detail people tell me they're most grateful for.

How it works, start to finish
You place your order and send me a clear photo or scan of the print. I trace it, stitch it into a hoop, and send you a proof before I start — so nothing is a surprise. Everything is made to order here in Colorado, one piece at a time.
